阿托伐他汀治疗椎动脉型颈椎病合并眩晕症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿托伐他汀治疗椎动脉型颈椎病合并眩晕症的应用价值。方法:选取椎动脉型颈椎病合并眩晕症患者130例为研究对象,随机分为研究组及对照组,每组65例,对照组采用常规对症治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用阿托伐他汀治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和白细胞介素4(IL-4)水平及眩晕残碍程度评定量表(DHI)评分变化,观察两组患者的治疗疗效。结果:研究组治疗总有效率96.9%,明显高于对照组治疗总有效率83.1%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清hs-CRP与IL-4水平、DHI评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组血清hs-CRP与IL-4水平、DHI评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀治疗椎动脉型颈椎病合并眩晕症效果显著,可以有效降低患者hs-CRP、IL-4水平,改善其眩晕残碍程度。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of atorvastatin in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type combined with vertigo.Methods:For treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis with vertigo patients 130 cases as the research object,randomly divided into study group and control group,65 cases in each group,the control group using conventional symptomatic treatment,the study group on the basis of the control group with atorvastatin treatment,compared before and after two groups of patients serum high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin 4(IL-4)level and residual obstruction vertigo rating(DHI)score,observe efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 96.9%,which was obviously higher than that of the control group,and the total effective rate was 83.1%(P<0.05).Before treatment,the serum hs-CRP and IL-4 levels and DHI scores of the two groups were not statistically different(P>0.05).After treatment,serum hs-CRP and IL-4 levels and DHI scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin is effective in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis combined with vertigo.It can effectively reduce the levels of hs-CRP and IL-4,improve the degree of vertigo,and deserve to be applied and popularized.
