产后盆底功能障碍康复治疗及护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析康复治疗联合常规护理干预在治疗产后盆底功能障碍(PFD)中的临床效果。方法:以296例产后PFD患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组148例,对患者进行常规护理;观察组148例,在对照组干预基础上给予患者康复治疗。观察比较两组患者盆腔器官脱垂的改善、盆底肌力的恢复情况,并采用PISQ-12问卷对症状进行评分。结果:观察组器官脱垂改善及肌力恢复的总有效率分别是85.14%和80.41%,显著高于对照组的50.00%、33.11%,差异存在统计学意义(P均<0.05);而观察组PISQ-12评分是(10.16!3.48),明显低于对照组的(18.43!3.75),两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:积极给予产后PFD患者护理干预及康复治疗,可有效改善患者盆腔器官脱垂,促进盆底功能恢复,起到良好的康复效果。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of rehabilitation therapy combined with routine nursing intervention in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD).Methods:A total of 296 postpartum PFD patients were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 148 patients,routine care of patients;observation group of 148 patients,the control group based on the intervention given to patients with rehabilitation.The improvement of pelvic organ prolapse and the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength were observed and compared in both groups.The symptoms were scored by PISQ-12 questionnaire.Results:The total effective rate of organ prolapse improvement and muscle strength recovery in the observation group was 85.14%and 80.41%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(50.00%and 33.11%,respectively)(P<0.05)Group PISQ-12 score was(10.160x0E?SymbolqB@0x0F3.48),significantly lower than the control group(18.430x0E?SymbolqB@0x0F3.75),significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention and rehabilitation treatment for postpartum patients with PFD can effectively improve pelvic organ prolapse and promote recovery of pelvic floor function,which has a good rehabilitation effect.
