摘  要:在塑料大棚中采用盆栽浇灌盐(NaCl)溶液方法对四照花属植物3年生实生苗进行盐胁迫实验,研究不同盐分浓度(0%、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%)对苗木的膜保护酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量、叶绿素以及根部活力(TTC)等各项生理指标的影响。结果表明:(1)随着盐分浓度的增加,植株外在表现呈现不同程度的盐害状态。(2)过氧化物酶(POD)活性与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性胁迫前期呈先下降后上升趋势。(3)随着胁迫时间延长,丙二醛(MDA)含量不断增加;植物的叶绿素含量随盐浓度增加而下降,过高的盐浓度会破坏叶绿素的合成。(4)根系TTC活力整体呈下降趋势。研究发现,3种四照花属植物的耐盐能力依次为香港四照花﹥东京四照花﹥中国四照花。The influences of different concentrations of NaCl(0%,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%)on the growth and physiological characteristics(SOD,POD,MDA,Chlorophyll and TTC)of three plants of Dendrobenthamia with 3-year-old seedling were studied by pot experiment of in the plastic greenhouses.The results showed that:(1)with the increase of salt concentration,the external appearance of plants showed different levels of salt damage.(2)The activities of peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)decreased first and then increased with the early stage of active stress.(3)With the prolonged stress time,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)increased;the chlorophyll content of plant decreased with the increase of salt concentration;the excessive salt concentration would destroy the synthesis of chlorophyll.(4)The TTC activity of root system had a downward trend.It was found that the salt tolerance of Dendrobenthamia showed a order of D.hongkongensis>D.tonkinensis>D.japonic var.chinensis.
