摘 要:蠕墨铸铁由于具有良好的综合性能,特别是高的导热性和耐热疲劳性使其应用范围越来越广泛并受到特别关注。但在实际生产中,蠕墨铸铁窄的蠕化范围严重影响着蠕铁的生产和铸铁的质量。通过分析化学成分、铁水重量、蠕化剂加入量、蠕化处理温度、孕育剂含量以及浇注时间等因素对获得稳定蠕墨铸铁的影响,得出当铁水硫含量控制、蠕化处理过程、浇注时间控制等严格按照工艺生产时,其铸铁蠕化率可以稳定控制在60%~90%之间。Because of good comprehensive properties,especially high thermal conductivity and thermal fatigue,the vermicular graphite iron has been widely applied and paid special attention.But in actual production,the production of vermicular graphite iron and the quality of cast iron have been seriously influenced by the narrow vermicular range of vermicular graphite iron.By analyzing the influence of the factors including chemical component,molten iron weight,addition amount of vermicular agent,vermicularizing treatment temperature,addition amount of inoculant and pouring time on the stability of obtaining the vermicular graphite iron,it is concluded that the percentage of vermicular graphite can be stably controlled between 60%and 90%when the control of sulfur content for molten iron,vermicularizing process,and the pouring time control are in strict accordance with the process requirement
