摘　　要：对于内腔结构复杂的大型铸件,气孔类缺陷影响到铸件的整体质量,所以在生产过程中砂芯排气是否畅通至关重要。提出了一种采用金属软管的砂芯排气新工艺,制芯时预埋金属软管,研箱时从芯头处再连接金属软管引至铸型外,从而形成了一条完整的排气通道,有效解决了砂芯排气问题。A new type of sand core exhaust technology with metal hose has been presented in the text.The metal hose has been pre-embedded in the sand core and another metal hose has been connected from the core head to the outside of the mold in the assembling process.Thus in this way,a complete exhaust passage has been formed.The exhaust problem of the sand core has been solved effectively.
