摘  要:为了解安徽省规模化猪场的高致病性猪蓝耳病(HP-PRRS)免疫抗体水平及感染状况,选取安徽省定点监测的12个规模化猪场及2个生猪屠宰场,采用间接ELISA和荧光RT-PCR方法,对319份猪血清样本和319份猪扁桃体样本进行了检测。结果显示,HP-PRRS平均免疫抗体阳性率为72.7%,病毒核酸阳性率为17.6%。检测结果表明,安徽省定点监测猪群的HP-PRRS免疫水平较高,但在养殖及屠宰环节仍存在带毒现象。显著性检验表明:免疫猪群的HP-PRRS抗体阳性率明显偏高,且病毒核酸阳性率低于未免疫猪群,说明疫苗免疫具有一定的保护作用;保育猪群及育肥猪群感染率相对较高,是该病防控的短板;中型猪场感染程度明显高于小型规模场以及屠宰场,提示中型规模猪场应做好严格的引种控制,以及人员和运输工具的出入控制;皖西南和西北地区感染情况较为严重,应加强这些地区生猪养殖及运输环节的卫生防疫。In order to recognize the antibody level and infection status of High pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(HP-PRRSV)in fixed-point monitoring swine farms in Anhui Province,12 large-scaled swine farms and 2 swine slaughterhouses were selected,and 319 serum samples and 319 tonsil samples were collected and detected by indirect ELISA and fluorescence RT-PCR,respectively.Results showed that the average positive rate of immune antibodies against HP-PRRSV was 72.7%,and the positive rate of virus nucleic acid was 17.6%.The results indicated that the immunization level of HP-PRRS vaccines in fix-pointed monitoring swine farms in Anhui Province was relatively high,but the HP-PRRSV infection still existed in swine production and slaughtering links.Significance tests showed that the positive rate of HP-PRRSV antibody was obviously higher in immunized swine herds,and the positive rate of virus nucleic acid was lower than that in unvaccinated herds,indicating that vaccine immunization had certain protective effects.The infection rates of the nursery pigs and the fattening pigs were high relatively,which showed these swine herds should be strengthened for HP-PRRS prevention and control.In addition,the HP-PRRSV infection status in medium-sized swine farms was significantly more serious than that in small-scaled farms and slaughterhouses,so the medium-sized swine farms should pay more attention to the controlling of breeding swine introduction,personnel and transportation vehicles movement.The infection situation in southwest and northwest of Anhui Province was more serious,suggesting the hygiene and disease prevention during swine production and transportation in these areas should be strengthened.
