摘 要:2017年8月山东省高密市某规模化猪场发生一起育肥猪急性死亡疫情。病猪表现高热稽留,全身皮肤发红,疑似猪丹毒病;注射青霉素、板蓝根注射液,未能抑制病猪死亡。为明确引起此次疫情的病原,分析发病原因并制定针对性防控措施,对该病例进行了综合诊断。根据临床症状、剖检病变、组织病理学变化、分子生物学检测及病原分离鉴定等进行综合诊断,最终确诊此次疫情系红斑丹毒丝菌、猪蓝耳病病毒与猪圆环病毒2型混合感染所致。通过调整猪场免疫程序,对未发病猪群紧急进行蓝耳病经典毒株疫苗免疫,据药敏试验选用敏感药物治疗,及时控制了疫情,减少了经济损失。In August 2017,an outbreak of acute death of fattening pigs occurred in a scaled swine farm in Gaomi City of Shandong Province.According to the clinical symptoms of high fever and body skin redness,the disease was suspected to be Swine erysipelas.After injecting Penicillin and Radix isatidis injection,the pigs still died.In order to find out the pathogens,to analyze the causes of disease and to formulate targeted prevention and control measures,the comprehensive diagnosis of a case was made.Based on diagnosis of clinical symptoms,autopsy results,pathological changes,molecular biological detection and isolation and identification of pathogens,it was finally confirmed as mixed infection of Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae,PRRSV and PCV2.By adjusting the immunization procedure,an emergency immunization of PRRSV vaccines was carried out towards those uninfected pigs.Also,sensitive drugs selected by drug sensitivity tests were used for controlling the outbreak.Finally,the disease was controlled in time and the economic loss reduced.
