摘 要:采用熔融混炼法制备了不同无卤阻燃剂阻燃聚烯烃复合材料,以热烘箱老化法,使用万能试验机和差示扫描量热仪等仪器测试了其热氧老化、热开裂性能和氧化诱导期。结果表明,添加了不同种类无卤阻燃剂的材料的耐热老化性能优劣顺序为:硼酸锌>氢氧化镁>三氧化二锑>三聚氰胺尿酸盐>氢氧化铝>磷酸盐>碳酸钙;阻燃剂粒径越小,以其阻燃的聚烯烃热老化性能越差,阻燃剂经硅烷表面处理后,可提高阻燃聚烯烃的热氧老化性能。The polyolefin compounds with halogen-free flame retardants were prepared by a melt blending method,and the thermal-oxidative aging and thermal cracking properties,oxidation induction time of the resulting flame-retardant compounds were characterized by means of oven heating,universal testing machine and differential scanning calorimetry.The results indicated that,when different halogen-free flame retardants were incorporated,the flame-retardant polyolefin compounds presented the improved thermal oxidative aging performance by an order of zinc borate>Mg(OH)2>Sb2 O3>melamine cyanurate>A 1(OH)3>phosphate>CaC03.The smaller the particle size of halogen-free flame retardants,the poorer the thermal oxidative aging performance.In addition,the surface treatment of halogen-free flame retardants improved the thermal oxidative aging performance of flame-retardant polyolefin compounds.
