摘 要:本研究以湖羊为父本、哈萨克羊为母本杂交获得F1代,然后以萨福克羊为父本、F1代为母本进行三元杂交获得F2代。结果显示:F2代六月龄的臀脂率与哈萨克羊相比得到了显著降低,同时F2代六月龄的胴体重、净肉重、屠宰率、净肉率、胴体产肉率和肉骨比6个屠宰指标较哈萨克羊都有很大改善,其中:臀脂率降低了14.24个百分点,胴体重和净肉重增加了5.17 kg和4.50 kg,屠宰率、净肉率、胴体产肉率和肉骨比分别提升了5.95个百分点、4.91个百分点、8.84个百分点和17.42个百分点。本研究采用的三元杂交方式提升了哈萨克羊的屠宰性能,对提高本地羊品种的经济效益具有重要意义。In this paper,F1 generation was generated by Kazakh sheep as its female parent and Huyang sheep as its male parent,and then F2 from Suffolk sheep as its male parent and F1 as its female parent.It turned out that,compared to Kazakh sheep,the collar fat rate of F2 of six months was greatly decreased,and its carcass weight,net meat weight,slaughter rate,net meat rate,carcass yield and meat-bone ratio were also improved obviously,in which,collar fat rate was reduced by 14.24%,carcass weight and net meat weight was increased by 5.17kg and 4.50 kg respectively,and slaughter rate,net meat rate,carcass yield and meat-bone ratio was improved by 5.95%,4.91%,8.84%and 17.42%separately.The three-breeds hybrid adopted in this paper improved slaughtering performance of Kazakh sheep,and greatly contributed to increasing economic benefits of local sheep breeds.
