摘　　要：通过对巡防移动终端和信息管理平台关键模块设计,移动终端将GPS实时位置信息发送到远程服务器。在远程管理平台调用百度地图API接口,实现历史轨迹回放、信息管理与工作调度。通过内网穿透,实现了外网访问管理系统。针对百度地图加密造成的定位坐标偏移,提出了数据库纠偏算法。构建了本地特征偏移数据库。最后进行了实地场景测试,验证了系统的稳定性与纠偏技术的可行性。In this paper,the key modules of the mobile terminal and the information management platform were firstly designed,based on which,the mobile terminal could send the GPS real-time location to the remote server.Then,the Baidu map API was called on the remote management platform to achieve historical track replay,information management and work scheduling,and the internal network penetration technology was applied to access the control system from external network.Next,a database correction algorithm was proposed in view of the positioning coordinate offset caused by Baidu map encryption,and a local feature offset database was set up.Finally,the field test was conducted to verify the stability of the system and the feasibility of the correction technology.
