摘 要:通过对高压泵盖的加工工艺及其在加工过程中常见问题进行研究与分析,在提高泵盖加工质量及效率的基础上,制定一份工序集中的数控加工方案。根据其第三道工序的加工要求,分析了定位装置、夹具体及夹紧装置结构,设计并制造一套快速装夹的偏心孔车削夹具。实践表明该加工方案操作便捷,精度稳定,效率及质量显著提高,应用效果良好。For the research on processing craft of high pressure pump cover and solving the common problems dur原ing the manufacture procedure,a centralized working procedure for NC machining was developed to improve effi原ciency and quality of the pump cover.According to the processing requirements of its third process,analyzed the structure of positioning device,the structure of the foundation of fixture and the structure of the clamping device,finally designed and manufactured a set of eccentric fixture for turning screw holes and other structures with quick clamping.The results show that the process precision is stable,the operation is convenient while the machining quality and efficiency has improved obviously.
