摘  要:以蜜绿厚皮甜瓜为材料,研究了微生物肥宁盾对连作地和非连作地厚皮甜瓜生长、产量和抗病性的影响,以便评估使用宁盾解决厚皮甜瓜连作障碍问题的可行性。试验结果表明,宁盾能显著提高连作地厚皮甜瓜的株高、茎粗以及叶片的叶绿素含量,对非连作地厚皮甜瓜的株高、茎粗、叶片叶绿素含量、叶片数、产量和果实糖度等指标影响差异不显著。另外,它还能降低连作地和非连作地厚皮甜瓜蔓枯病和病毒病的发病率,对增强厚皮甜瓜抗病性也起到一定的作用。In order to evaluate the feasibility of using microbial fertilizer Ningdun to solve the problem of muskmelon continuous cropping obstacle,using the muskmelon cultivar Milv as the test material,the effects of Ningdun on the growth,yield and disease resistance of the muskmelon in continuous cropping field and noncontinuous cropping field were studied.The results showed that Ningdun significantly improved the plant height,stem diameter and leaf chlorophyll content of the muskmelon in continuous cropping field.Its influences on the plant height,stem diameter,leaf chlorophyll content,leaf number,fruit yield and fruit sugar content of the muskmelon in noncontinuous cropping field were not significantly.In addition,Ningdun reduced the incidences of gummy stem blight and virus disease of the muskmelon in continuous cropping and noncontinuous cropping field,and it could enhance the disease resistance of muskmelon.
