健脾温中方联合莫沙比利对小鼠胃肠运动的作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾温中方联合莫沙必利对小鼠胃肠运动的作用及机制。方法:选择在2015年4月至2017年8月期间在河南中医药大学第三附属医院药剂科进行实验的昆明种SPF级小鼠28只,随机取10只,设为正常对照组。30只昆明种SPF级小鼠采用Atropine致胃肠运动功能抑制模型,建模成功后随机将小鼠分为模型组(n=7只)、模型+莫沙比利组(n=7只)和模型+联合用药组(n=7只)。模型组不采取任何措施处理干预,模型+莫沙比利组建模成功后小鼠禁食12h后,灌胃20mL/kg莫沙必利,模型+联合用药组建模成功后小鼠禁食12h后,灌胃20mL/kg健脾温中方联合莫沙必利,连续进行14d处理,计算各组大鼠胃排空百分率、小肠推进率指标,分析健脾温中方联合莫沙必利对小鼠胃肠运动的作用。结果:模型+联合用药组与正常对照组胃排空率、小肠推进率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);模型+联合用药组胃排空率,高于模型+莫沙比利组和模型组(P<0.05);模型+联合用药组小肠推进率,低于模型+莫沙比利组和模型组(P<0.05);模型+莫沙必利组胃排空率,高于模型组(P<0.05);模型+莫沙比利组小肠推进率,低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:将健脾温中方联合莫沙必利用于小鼠胃肠运动功能抑制中效果理想,有助于促进小鼠胃肠运动,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of Jianpi Wenzhong combined Mosapride on gastrointestinal motility in mice.Methods:A total of 28 Kunming SPF mice were selected from April 2015 to August 2017 in our department.Ten randomly selected mice were selected as normal control group.Thirty Kunming SPF mice were randomly divided into model group(n=7),model+mosapride group(n=7),model of gastrointestinal motility inhibition induced by Atropine,and model+combination group(n=7).The model group did not take any measures to deal with the intervention.The model+mosapride group model after the success of fasting for 12h,intragastric administration of 20ml/kg mosapride was conducted.The model+combination group after fasting for 12h,20ml/kg spleen-warming Chinese side combined mosapride,continuous 14d was conducted.The percentage of gastric emptying,the rate of small intestine propulsion,spleen and warm Chinese side Mosapride effect on gastrointestinal motility in mice were analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in gastric emptying rate and small intestine propulsion rate between the model+combination group and the normal control group(P>0.05).The gastric emptying rate of model+combination group was higher than that of model+mosapride group(P<0.05).The rate of small intestine propulsion in model+combination group was lower than that in model+mosapride and model groups(P<0.05).The gastric emptying rate in model+mosapride group was higher than model group(P<0.05).The rate of intestinal propulsion in model+mosapride group was lower than that in model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Jianpi Wenzhong and Mosapride on mice with gastrointestinal motility inhibition is effective,which is helpful to promote gastrointestinal motility in mice and is worth popularizing and applying.
