锌硒宝联合黄芪精口服液治疗对反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫力的影响探究

摘　　要：目的:探讨锌硒宝联合黄芪精口服液治疗对反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫力的影响。方法:选取2016.11—2017.11来我院就诊的110例反复呼吸道感染的患儿为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同,分为观察组和对照组,每组55例,两组患儿均给予常规抗感染及支持治疗。观察组在此基础上,给予锌硒宝联合黄芪精口服液口服,1个月/疗程;均给予3个疗程的治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效,以及治疗后T淋巴细胞中CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8水平和血清免疫球蛋白(Ig M、Ig A、Ig G)水平。结果:观察组患儿的临床疗效为95.54%,显著高于对照组的49.09%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01;治疗后,观察组患者CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8水平显著高于对照组,CD8水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01;观察组患者血清Ig A、Ig G水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论:锌硒宝联合黄芪精口服液不仅提高了反复呼吸道感染患儿的免疫力,且临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effects of Zinc Selenium and Huangqijing oral liquid on the immunity of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods:A total of 110 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from 2016.11 to 2017.11 were selected as study subjects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 55 cases in each group;both groups were given conventional anti-infective and supportive treatment.On the basis of this,the observation group was treated with Zinc Selenium and Huangqijing Oral Liquid orally for 1 month/course,all of which were given 3 courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy and the levels of CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 and serum immunoglobulin(IgM,IgA,IgG)in T lymphocytes were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was 95.54%,significantly higher than that of the control group(49.09%),(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.CD8 levels were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01);serum IgA,IgG levels in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Zinc Selenium and Huangqijing oral liquid not only improve the immunity of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,but also have clinical curative effect.It is worthy of clinical application.
