摘 要:目的:探讨中药苦参在小鼠体内的抗肿瘤作用。方法:动物选用河南医科大学动物实验中心提供的雌雄封闭群昆明种小鼠20只,进行体内抑瘤实验,为腹水型小鼠S180肉瘤接种2×10~5/只细胞,24h后将其随机分为2.5g/kg苦参组、5.0g/kg苦参组、10.0g/kg苦参组、对照组四组,每组5只。苦参组采用0.1ml苦参溶液灌胃,每天1次,饮水中不再将药液加入,给药剂量分别为2.5、5.0、10.0g/kg;对照组小鼠任意应用自来水。同时进行体外抑瘤实验,苦参组将不同浓度(5μg、10μg、20μg、40μg)的苦参药液加入到每孔中,平行作3孔,对照组不将苦参加入其中,然后对四组小鼠的抑瘤率、不同苦参含量小鼠的瘤细胞生长抑制率进行统计分析。结果:2.5g/kg苦参组、5.0g/kg苦参组、10.0g/kg苦参组小鼠的瘤重均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而10.0g/kg苦参组小鼠的瘤重显著低于2.5g/kg、5.0g/kg苦参组(P<0.05),抑瘤率显著高于2.5g/kg、5.0g/kg苦参组(P<0.05),5.0g/kg苦参组小鼠的瘤重显著低于2.5g/kg苦参组(P<0.05),抑瘤率显著高于2.5g/kg苦参组(P<0.05);200μg/ml苦参含量小鼠的瘤细胞生长抑制率显著高于100μg/ml苦参含量小鼠(P<0.05)。结论:中药苦参在小鼠体内的抗肿瘤作用显著。Objective:To investigate the antitumor effect of radix sophorae flavescens in mice.Methods:20 cases of Kunming mice provided by animal experiment center of Henan medical University and closed were selected as animal selection,the in vivo anti-tumor experiments was did,ascites sarcoma S180 in mice inoculated with 2×10 5/24h cells,which were randomly divided into 2.5 g/kg sophora flavescens group,5.0 g/kg sophora flavescens group,10.0 g/kg Sophora flavescens group and control group four groups,5 rats in each group.Radix sophorae flavescentis group were given intragastric administration of 0.1 ml matrine solution,1 times a day,no more liquid was added to the drinking water,the dosage was 2.5,5,10.0 g/kg,and the control group were given tap water at any time.At the same time in vitro anti-tumor experiment was did,different concentrations of matrine group(5 g,10 g,20 g,40 g)of the liquid into each hole in Kushen,parallel 3 hole,the control group did not.The inhibition rates of mice of different matrine,the content of tumor cell growth inhibition rates of the four groups of mice were statistically analyzed.Results:The tumor weight of the 2.5 g/kg sophora flavescens group,5.0 g/kg sophora flavescens group,10.0 g/kg sophora flavescens group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),the tumor weight of the 10.0 g/kg sophora flavescens group was significantly lower than the 2.5 g/kg sophora flavescens group and 5.0 g/kg sophora flavescens group(P<0.05),the inhibition rate was significantly higher than the 2.5 g/kg sophora flavescens group,5.0 g/kg sophora flavescens group(P<0.05),the tumor weight of the 5.0 g/kg matrine group was significantly lower than the 2.5 g/kg sophora flavescens group(P<0.05),the matrine inhibitory rate was significantly higher than the 2.5 g/kg sophora flavescens group(P<0.05).The tumor cell growth inhibition rate of the 200 g/ml matrine mice was significantly higher than the 100 g/ml matrine content mice(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anti-tumor effect of radix sophorae radix sophora in mic
