摘  要:通过对黄龙潭水电厂水库调度会商工作进行需求分析,在现有水情水调自动化、气象卫星云图等系统的基础上,设计实现了黄龙滩水库调度会商系统。软件主要功能包括会商素材收集、会商文件编制、会商文件演示、会商及成果资料管理等。该系统可将分散的各类气象、水情、工情、灾情等信息资源快捷收集与整理编排形成会商文件,用于水库调度会商时集中汇报演示,并可将会商文件及其会商成果形成档案记录,进行有效管理。Huanglongtan Reservoir dispatching consultation system is designed and implemented on the basis of existing water regime water dispatching automization,meteorological satellite cloud image and other system through demand analysis on reservoir dispatching consultation work in Huanglongtan Hydropower Station.Software main functions include consultation material collection,consultation document preparation,consultation document demonstration,consultation and result data management,etc.The system can be used for rapidly collecting,sorting,and preparing various dispersed weather,water conditions,industry conditions,disaster conditions and other information resources into consultation documents.They are used for concentrated report presentation during reservoir scheduling consultation.The consultation documents and its consultation results are integrated into archive records for effective management.
