摘  要:接触式波纹管类零件的机械密封常常因摩擦热导致元件的结焦,继而出现密封环老化、密封管端面裂隙等现象。因此,除在金属波纹管加工时有较高的精度要求外,在金属波纹管的组装时也要求精度很高,组装结果直接影响机械密封能否正常运行。机械密封件在高速运转时出现失效不仅会对机械本身造成损坏,还给生产工作带来了很大隐患。本文通过探究金属波纹管密封的组装工艺规程,提高其在生产中的适用性和实用价值。The mechanical seal of contact bellows is often caused by friction heat,which leads to the coking of components,and then the aging of sealing rings and the crack on the ends of sealing pipes.Therefore,in addition to having high accuracy requirements when processing metal bellows,the assembly of metal bellows requires high accuracy.The results of assembly directly affect the normal operation of mechanical seals.The failure of mechanical seals at high speed will not only cause damage to the machinery itself,but also bring great danger to the production work.This paper explores the assembly process regulations of metal bellows seal to improve its applicability and practical value in production.
