摘  要:阐述了齿轮热前加工工艺的种类和方法,分析了齿轮在机械制造与使用中的相关工艺特性。同时,以太阳轮轴零件为验证对象,介绍了各种齿轮加工工艺所加工的齿轮精度和齿轮制造设备的特点与性能。着重对磨齿加工的优点和缺点进行分析说明,通过利用先进设备优势,选用合理的切削参数和最佳热后余量等。经过数次实验,最终顺利完成齿轮齿面热后硬刮工艺验证,取得了很好的效果。The types and methods of the gear hot pre processing technology are expounded,and the related technological characteristics of the gear in the mechanical manufacture and use are analyzed.At the same time,taking the parts of the sun axle as the verification object,the gear precision and the characteristics and performance of the gear manufacturing equipment are introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of the grinding process are analyzed and explained.By using the advantages of advanced equipment,the reasonable cutting parameters and the optimum heat post remainder are selected.After several experiments,the hard scraping process of the gear tooth surface was successfully completed,and the results were very good.
