摘  要:针对气缸盖垫片在热循环试验中易发生泄漏及密封筋开裂的问题,讨论了气缸盖垫片的密封机理及泄漏模式;建立了缸体、缸盖、缸盖螺栓和气缸盖垫片的网格化模型,采用有限元分析方法计算了热循环工况下的气缸盖垫片最小线密封力和最大跳跃量,指出了不同的气缸盖垫片支撑结构高度、缸体法兰面结构、辅助螺栓数量及布置对气缸盖垫片密封性能的影响。Regarding a cylinder head gasket being liable to have the serious issues of leakage and bead crack during engine thermal cycle test,the sealing mechanism of and leaking path at cylinder head gasket were discussed.A mesh model covering cylinder block,cylinder head,cylinder head bolt and cylinder head gasket was established.The minimum sealing pressure and the maximum gap amplitude of the cylinder head gasket based on the thermal cycle test were calculated with the finite element analysis(FEA).And the impact of the height of backland stoppers within the gasket,cylinder block structure,quantity and location of additional pinch bolts on the gasket sealing performance was indicated
