The Importance of Rereading the Sample Manuscript by Editors of Scientific Journals

摘　　要：分析了定稿后付印样稿再审读的必要性;将定稿后付印样稿再审读的重点,归纳为出版项类问题、一致性问题和技术性问题3个方面;指出定稿后付印样稿再审读应采用专项审读法,遵循"先重后轻""先易后难"的审读原则,并将技术性问题进一步细分为图表专项、参考文献专项、公式换行和数据分节专项、符号字体专项进行审读;提出从再审读时的人员分工、审读问题的总结学习、重视业务培训和交流、满足专职人员编制4个方面来保障定稿后付印样稿的再审读质量。This paper argues that the reread of the sample manuscript is of great importance for editors in scientific journals.It is suggested that editors should reread the sample manuscript,attach importance to the publication problems,content consistency and technical problems.During the period of the finalization of sample manuscript,it is found that editors might use special reading skills based on the principle of"giving priority to the important and easy one",subdivide the technical problems into special reference chart,special formula,data line,special sections,and special symbol font.Therefore,the paper believes that the editors should take the personnel division,censorship issues summary,communication and training business,enough authorized size of editorial department seriously.
