摘　　要：结合生产实践介绍了用中频感应电炉生产商品质铸件的控制要点。根据中频感应电炉熔炼铁水冶金特点,应选择优质原材料,根据铸件结构特点选择合适的化学成分,制定合理的熔炼铁水工艺,强化一次、二次孕育效果及选择合适的孕育剂是生产高品质铸件关键控制点。According to the melting characteristics of medium frequency induction furnace,it was required to choose high quality raw materials and select the appropriate chemical composition based on the characteristics of castings structure and formulate reasonable metal melting process to produce high quality iron casting.And the key control points are to strengthen the result of the first and second inoculation and choose the appropriate nucleating agent.
