型钢轧辊制造方法及提高其耐磨性的对策

摘　　要：型钢线轧辊轧制要求其硬度落差小、耐磨性好。本文对型钢轧辊制造方法进行了比较,对于中小型钢轧机上用轧辊适合用常法铸造平辊开槽法;对于中大型钢轧机用轧辊适合用带槽铸造法制造。同时提出了提高型钢轧辊耐磨性的对策。Section steel roller rolling is required to have small hardness drop,good wear resistance.Its manufacturing methods are compared in this paper,and the methods to improveme its abrasion resistance are proposed.
