摘　　要：采用活环式组合冷型法生产带槽铸造轧辊,通过合理的工装设计、冶炼和热处理工艺,有效解决了普通大型球墨铸铁轧辊硬度落差大的缺点,同时也大幅度提高了轧辊的耐磨性,具有广泛的推广和应用价值。The grooved casting roll was produced using ring-type cold mould.The tooling design,smelting and heat treatment process were introduced,which effectively solved the uneven hardness of ordinary large nodular cast iron roller,and improved the wear resistance of the roller greatly
