摘 要:为促进西洋樱草丹娜的栽培管理和景观应用,在不同低温处理下,对西洋樱草丹娜叶片的相对电导率及游离脯氨酸和丙二醛含量等抗寒生理指标进行测定,用电导法配合Logistic方程拟合的S型曲线计算获得半致死温度,配合相对电导率及游离脯氨酸和丙二醛含量的变化,分析其抗寒性的差异。结果表明:处理温度由室温降至-15℃的过程中,西洋樱草丹娜叶片的脯氨酸含量迅速增加。丙二醛含量在处理温度从-5℃降至-10℃时增加较快。相对电导率在处理温度从-5℃降至-10℃时迅速增加。西洋樱草丹娜叶片的半致死温度为-8.1℃。To promote the cultivation management and landscape application of Primula acaulis hybrid Danova,under different low temperature treatments,the Primula acaulis hybrid Danova leaves relative conductivity and free proline and MDA content of cold resistant physiological indexes were calculated,the semi lethal temperature was determined with the method of electric conductivity and Logistic the equation fitting,the relative conductivity and free proline and MDA content changes,their differences in cold-resistant were analyzed.The results showed that the temperature from room temperature to-15℃,the free proline content of the leaves increased rapidly Primula acaulis hybrid Danova.The content of MDA increased rapidly when the temperature reduce from-5℃to-10℃.The relative conductivity increased rapidly at the treatment temperature from-5℃to-10℃.The semi lethal temperature of Primula acaulis hybrid Danova leaves was-8.1℃.
