摘　　要：将层次分析法应用于"蓝田县向阳路旧城改造项目"中,用来判断在住宅户型设计中是否运用可变性设计方法,根据可变性设计手法带来的成本升高和不同层次因素对目标的影响程度,组成两两对比判断矩阵,把定性与定量研究结合起来,以提高项目决策的准确度。In order to judge whether the variability design technique should be used in the residential apartment layout design,this paper applies the analytic hierarchy process to the project of municipal authorities relocation and the residents settlement,and constructs pair comparison judgment matrix combining qualitative and quantitative,according to the degree of the influence caused by different levels of factors and design methods,to improve the accuracy of the decision.
