摘  要:干旱胁迫下,用不同浓度水杨酸(0,1,3,5 mmol/L)处理柴胡幼苗,通过测定过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、相对电导率和脯氨酸含量,研究水杨酸对柴胡抗旱性的影响,结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,水杨酸处理能显著影响柴胡幼苗的过氧化物酶活性、MDA含量、相对电导率和脯氨酸含量,其中,用3 mmol/L水杨酸处理后,柴胡幼苗中的过氧化物酶活性降低显著减缓,丙二醛含量增加减小,相对电导率减小,脯氨酸含量增加显著,对柴胡幼苗的抗旱性有显著的促进作用。The seedlings of Bupleurum chinense DC.were treated with 0,1,3,5 mmol/L of salicylic acid(SA)under drought stress.The effects of salicylic acid on resistance of Bupleurum chinense DC.seedlings to cold stress were studied through determined the activity of peroxidase(POD),the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),relative conductivity and the content of proline.The results showed that under drought stress,the peroxidase activity,the content of MDA,relative conductivity and the content of proline of Bupleurum chinense seedlings with salicylic acid treatment were significant effected.With 3mmol/L salicylic acid,peroxidase activity was decreased in the seedling of Bupleurum significantly slows,MDA content increased decreased,reduced the relative conductivity,the proline content increased significantly,has significant effect on drought resistance of Bupleurum seedlings.
