长江经济带军民结合产业基地协同发展研究

摘　　要：经济新常态下建设长江经济带、推进军民融合深度发展上升为国家重大战略,两大战略交汇了区域协同发展构想和经济建设与国防建设融合发展理念,这使长江经济带军民融合协同发展尤为重要。文章通过构建长江经济带18个国家军民结合产业基地协同发展框架,探索合适的协同发展模式,为长江经济带打造"世界级"产业集群,形成布局合理、差异发展、功能协调的产业体系和经济格局,增强对全国的辐射带动作用提供对策建议。Building the Yangtze River Economic Belt and promoting the deep development of civil-military integration are two major national strategies under the new economic normal.The two strategies converge on the concept of regional coordinated development and the idea of integration development of economic construction and national defense,which makes the Yangtze River Economic Belt needs the coordinated development.By constructing the coordinated development framework of 18 civil-military integration industry bases of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and exploring the appropriate coordinated development model,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions on the Yangtze River Economic Belt to create the“world-class”industrial clusters in order to form an industrial system and economic structure with reasonable layout,different development and coordinated function,and enhance the radiation driving effect to the whole country.
