摘 要:文章基于"十二五"规划期间中国31个省区市的面板数据,首先采用超效率DEA模型对各省市生产效率进行测算,其次利用Malmquist指数法对各省市综合生产率指数进行计算及分解,最后通过Tobit模型对中国生产效率进行环境影响因素分析。研究结果表明:从静态分析结果来看,2011-2015年中国生产效率逐步提升,各省市要素投入结构缺乏合理性,且存在区域差异;从动态分析结果来看,技术落后是导致中国各省市综合生产率普遍下降的主要原因;从影响因素分析结果来看,交通便利程度对提升生产效率具有显著的推动作用,受教育程度、市场开放程度和居民收入水平对提升生产效率均具有显著的制约作用。Based on the panel data of 31 provincial-level administrative areas in China during the 12th Five-Year Plan,this study,firstly applies the SE-DEA model to calculate the productivity of each provincial-level area,then calculates and decomposes its comprehensive productivity by using the Malmquist productivity index,and finally analyzes the environmental influential factors of China's productivity through the Tobit model.The study shows that:From the results of static analysis,China s productivity has been gradually improved from 2011 to 2015,and the input structure of each provincial-level area is not reasonable,and there are regional differences;From the results of dynamic analysis,the technical backwardness is the main cause of the general decline in the comprehensive productivity of China's provincial-level areas.From the results of influential factors analysis,the degree of transport facilities has a significant positive role in promoting productivity,whereas the education level,the market openness and the residents'income level play a significant negative role in improving productivity.
