皖江城市带区域经济与区域物流耦合协调度研究

摘　　要：文章在理论分析区域经济与区域物流互动关系的基础上,基于系统演化的思想,建立皖江城市带区域物流系统与区域经济系统的评价指标体系,并构建二者的动态耦合模型,用以分析皖江城市带2000-2015年区域经济与区域物流的耦合协调状态及其发展趋势,研究表明:皖江城市带经济与区域物流耦合协调状态可以分为低度协调(2000-2007年)、中度协调(2008-2014年)和高度协调(2015年至今)三个发展阶段。此外,2015年皖江城市带经济与区域物流的耦合协调度首次达到高度协调状态,随着经济发展"新常态"与供给侧结构性改革的不断深化,区域物流发展急需降本增效,以促进区域物流与区域经济持续、高度、稳定协调发展。Based on a theoretical analysis of the interactive relationship between regional economy and regional logistics as well as the idea of system evolution,the paper establishes the evaluation index system of regional logistics system and regional economic system in the Wanjiang City Belt,and constructs a dynamic coupling model of the two systems to analyze the coupling coordination status and the development trend of regional economy and regional logistics in the Wanjiang City Belt from 2000 to 2015.The research shows that the coupling coordination of regional economy and regional logistics in the Wanjiang City Belt can be divided into three development stages as low coordination(2000-2007),moderate coordination(2008-2014)and high coordination(since 2015).In 2015,the coupling coordination degree of regional economy and regional logistics in the Wanjiang City Belt achieves a high degree of coordination for the first time.With the economic development entering into a new normal and the continuous deepening of supply-side structural reform,the development of regional logistics urgently needs to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency in order to promote the sustainable,high and stable development of regional logistics and regional economy.
