探究特色小镇建设中PPP模式的有效应用

摘　　要：PPP模式的兴起为特色小镇的发展带来了生机,特色小镇依托PPP模式在不断地发展与壮大。该模式对于小镇建设中的运营方式、管理方式等等各方面发挥着重要的作用。因此本文通过对PPP模式在小镇建设中的应用现状、存在问题及解决方案三个方面来阐述该模式在建设中的有效应用。The rise of PPP mode has brought vitality to the development of featured towns,which are constantly developing and expanding relying on the PPP mode.This model plays an important role in operating mode,management mode and so on.Therefore,this paper elaborates that the application of PPP mode is remarkable in the construction of small town from three aspects,namely application status,existing problems and solutions.
