改进图书馆信息资源中知识产权的保护方法

摘　　要：在信息化大数据环境下,传统图书馆正在逐步向数字化网络化转型。在转型过程中,必然会涉及许多知识产权方面的问题,其中最为严峻的就是知识产权的保护。如果不能保证知识产权拥有者的合法利益,将会使图书馆失去公信力,从而严重制约图书馆的转型和发展。文章从馆藏资源数字化转型所引起的知识产权保护问题入手,分析了知识产权保护面临的困境,指出图书馆信息资源共享特点和改进知识产权保护的方法。In the environment of information big data,the traditional library is gradually transforming into a digital network.In the process of the transition,there are bound to be many intellectual property issues arising.The most serious one is the protection of intellectual property rights.If we can not guarantee the legitimate interests of intellectual property owners,the credibility of the library will lose,which will seriously hinder the transformation and development of the library.This article starts with the protection of intellectual property that caused by the digital transformation of the collection resources,then analyzes the difficulties in the process of the protec?tion of intellectual property,and points out the ways to improve the information resources sharing and intellectual property protection
