摘　　要：大国财政是大国治理的基础,是维护大国地位、责任和权力的重要保障。中国在全球一体化进程中加快推进大国财政建设,积极参与国际治理,势在必行。本文通过阐述大国财政的特征与定位,分析了大国财政建设的国际经验和全球经济新形势,并在此基础上,结合中国当前大国财政建设道路的经验和新形势下的全新挑战,提出全球经济治理视角下大国财中国政建设的实施方略。Public finance is the basis for the governance of the great powers,and is also an important guarantee for safeguarding their status,responsibility and power.It is imperative for China to speed up the fiscal construction of its major powers and actively participate in international governance in the process of global integration.This paper discusses the characteristics and orientations of public finance of big powers,and analyzes the experience of financial construction in current big powers and the new challenges under the new situation.Based on the international experience and the new situation of global economy,we propose the implementation strategy of financial construction of great powers for China under the perspective of global economic governance.
