摘 要:为南阳烟区烤烟生产合理施肥提供参考,以云烟99、NC71和渠首1号3个烤烟新品种为材料,采用2因素随机区组试验设计,研究不同氮肥施用量对其农艺性状、氮代谢、常规化学成分、中性致香物质含量、感官质量和经济性状等的影响。结果表明:N肥施用量为30~60kg/hm2时,株高、叶片数、茎围、节距、腰叶的长宽和产量等农艺性状及烟叶氮代谢生理指标,3个烤烟品种均随施氮量增加呈不断升高趋势;产值、均价、上等烟比例和中性致香物质含量,云烟99随施氮量增加呈逐渐降低趋势,渠首1号则呈先升高后降低趋势,NC71呈逐渐升高趋势。在南阳烟区生态条件下,云烟99的耐肥性较差,其N肥施用量以30kg/hm2左右为宜;渠首1号和NC71的适宜N肥施用量分别为45kg/hm2左右和60kg/hm2左右。In order to provide references for rational fertilization application in tobacco production in Nanyang tobacco growing area,by adopting two-factor random block experimental design,Nanyang flue-cured tobacco varieties Yunyan 99,Qushou 1 and NC71 were treated with different nitrogen levels,the agronomic traits,nitrogen metabolism,routine chemical composition,neutral aroma content,sensory quality and economic traits were tested.Results:When the application amount of nitrogen ranged in 30~60 kg/hm 2,with the increase of nitrogen application rate,the nitrogen metabolism indexes and the agronomic traits such as plant height,number of leaves,stem girth,node distance,length and width of waist leaves,and yield of three flue-cured tobacco tended to increase gradually.However,with the increase of nitrogen application,output value,mean price,first class tobacco proportion and the content of neutral aroma compounds of Yunyan 99 decreased gradually,that of Qushou 1 first increased and then decreased,while NC71 increased gradually.In summary,Yunyan 99 had bad fertilization resistance,so the optimal nitrogen application amount was about 30 kg/hm 2,the optimal nitrogen application amount for Qushou 1 and NC71 was respectively 45 kg/hm 2 and 60 kg/hm 2
