摘 要:为筛选出适宜贵州气候和土壤条件且综合性状优良的李子品种供生产上推广应用,在贵阳市贵州省农业科学院园艺研究所李子品种资源圃进行贵州地方品种酥李(引种于贵定县盘江镇)、空心李(引种于沿河县沙子镇)及外省引进新品种(春之梦、东方红)的栽培试验,通过3年的栽培观察,对物候期、生物学特性、果实外观及内在品质等指标进行分析。结果表明:酥李、空心李、春之梦和东方红均生长良好,能正常结实,性状优良,表现较好。春之梦、东方红物候期较贵州地方种稍晚,果皮颜色鲜艳呈玫瑰红色和鲜红色,果实中大,最大单果重分别为60.53g和65.55g;可溶性固形物和总糖含量东方红最高,分别为16.2%和88.24mg/g;Vc含量春之梦最高,为52.78mg/100g。春之梦和东方红的产期、果实外观品质及内在品质均表现良好,且部分品质超过贵州当地良种,且适应性及抗逆性较强,可作为优新李子资源与贵州地方李配套发展。In order to select superior varieties of plum suitable for climate and soil conditions in Guizhou,the authors established variety resources nursery in Horticulture Institute of Guizhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and a 3-year cultivation experiment was conducted on Suli(introduced from Panjiang Town,Guiding County),Kongxinli(introduced from Shazi Town,Yanhe County),and new plum varieties introduced from other provinces(Chunzhimeng,Dongfanghong),and phenophase,biological characteristics,fruit appearance and intrinsic quality were analyzed as well.Results:Suli,Kongxinli,Chunzhimeng and Dongfanghong grew well with normal fruit setting,fine characters and good performance.The phenophase of Chunzhimeng and Dongfanghong was later than Guizhou local plum varieties,peel color was rose red and bright red respectively,middle-sized fruits,and the biggest single fruit weights were respectively 60.53 g and 65.55 g;Dongfanghong was of the highest contents of soluble solid and total sugar,respectively 16.2%and 88.24 mg/g;Chunzhimeng was of the highest V C content,52.78 mg/100g.Chunzhimeng and Dongfanghong performed well in production period,appearance quality and internal quality,and part of the quality was better than local species.Moreover,Chunzhimeng and Dongfanghong were of strong adaptability and resistance which could be used as new resources supporting development of local plum in Guizhou.
