摘  要:筛选适合贵州地理气候条件下夏黑葡萄优质、高产的最佳无核膨大处理方式,为推进夏黑葡萄产业的持续健康发展提供技术支持,以3年生夏黑葡萄为试验材料,在花前1周、盛花末期及花后1周利用不同浓度赤霉酸(GA3)和氯吡脲(CPPU)处理花穗,研究其对葡萄果实品质的影响。结果表明:盛花末期采用20mg/L GA3+花后1周采用50mg/L GA3对夏黑葡萄浸蘸果穗的处理效果较好,其果实单粒重、果粒纵横径及穗重较对照(清水处理)显著增加,在可溶性固形物、可溶性糖及糖酸比等内在品质方面表现较好,是夏黑葡萄优质、高产的最佳无核膨大处理方式。The clusters of Summer Black Grape with three years old were treated with different GA 3 and CPPU concentration on 7 d before flowering stage,at the end of full flowering stage and on 7 d after flowering stage to study the effect on fruit quality of Summer Black Grape for screening the optimum seedless and enlargement treatment of Summer Black Grape with high quality and high yield under the geography and climate conditions and providing the technological support to advance continuous and healthy development of Summer Black Grape industry in Guizhou.Results:The treatment pattern of Summer Black Grape clusters soaked with 20 mg/L GA 3 at the end of full flowering stage and 50 mg/L GA 3 on 7 d after flowering stage has the better effect on fruit quality of summer Black Grape.The single berry weight,berry vertical and transverse diameter and cluster weight of the treatment patter are significantly higher than CK(clear water treatment)and the soluble solid,soluble sugar and sugar/acid ratio is better than CK.In conclusion,the treatment pattern of Summer Black Grape clusters soaked with 20 mg/L GA 3 at the end of full flowering stage and 50 mg/L GA 3 on 7 d after flowering stage is the optimum seedless and enlargement treatment pattern to improve fruit quality and yield of Summer Black Grape.
