摘　　要：作为非瓣膜性房颤患者卒中预防的一种新方法,经导管左心耳封堵术正在临床上快速普及。2017年,国内外又有多项临床研究结果证实了这项技术的有效性和安全性。本文回顾了2017年发表的经导管左心耳封堵术的相关文献,综述这项技术相关的进展与争议。Percutaneous left atrial appendage closure(LAAC)has been controversial since its birth.However,as a new treatment of stroke prevention for patients with non valvular atrial fibrillation,LAAC is rapidly popularizing in clinic.In 2017,the results of a number of clinical studies confirmed the effectiveness and safety of the technology.This paper reviews LAAC related literature published in 2017 and introduces the key point of LAAC.
