中西医结合治疗慢性肾孟肾炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性肾孟肾炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的慢性肾盂肾炎患者120例作为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,观察组患者于常规西医治疗基础上给予中药治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的血清C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子、白介素-β水平明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为96.7%,明显高于对照组的78.3%(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应总发生率为3.3%,明显低于对照组的18.3%(P<0.05)。结论应用中西医结合治疗慢性肾盂肾炎可获得理想的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated TCM and western medicine therapy in the treatment of chronic pyelonephritis.Methods A total of 120 chronic pyelonephritis patients admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine western medicine,and the observation group accepted integrated TCM and western medicine therapy.The clinical effects between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of serum C reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor and interleukin-茁in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,which was higher than 78.3%of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 3.3%,which was lower than 18.3%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated TCM and western medicine therapy in the treatment of chronic pyelonephritis has significant clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
