保温护理在四肢骨折伴主要血管损伤患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨保温护理在四肢骨折伴主要血管损伤患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取本院2013年2月至2016年1月收治的100例四肢骨折伴主要血管损伤患者为本次研究对象,采取信封式随机方法将其分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组予以传统护理,术前、后均为常温22~25℃,观察组在传统护理的基础上实施保温护理,提高温度为30~35℃,术后予以烤灯局部照射至30~35℃,持续14 d,并观察两组患者的肿胀消退时间、视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、骨折伤口愈合及预后情况。结果观察组患者的肿胀消退时间和VAS评分均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的愈合优良率为100.00%,对照组的愈合优良率为70.00%,观察组的愈合优良率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的预后情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保温护理在四肢骨折伴主要血管损伤患者护理中的临床应用效果显著,可提高疗效,促进肿胀组织消肿,缓解疼痛,改善预后,值得在临床中推广实施。Objective To study and evaluate the clinical application effect of warm-keeping nursing for patients with limb fractures combined with major vascular injuries.Methods From February 2013 to January 2016,100 patients with limb fractures combined with major vascular injuries admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and divid-ed into control group and observation group according to envelope random method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given the traditional nursing,the temperature was 22 to 25℃before and after operation.The observation group was given warm-keeping nursing on the basis of the traditional nursing,and the temperature was improved to 30 to 35℃by baked lamp for 14 d.The time for detumescence of the swelling tissue,VAS score,fracture healing and functional prog-nosis were compared between the two groups.Results The time for detumescence of the swelling tissue and VAS score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi原cant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of healing in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The functional prognosis in the obser-vation group were significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The warm-keeping nursing for the patients with limb fractures combined with major vascular injury has re-markable effect,which can improve the therapeutic efficacy,promote detumescence of the swelling tissue,relieve pain,im-prove the prognosis,and it is worthy of promotion in clinic.
