膀胱治疗仪结合穴位治疗对前列腺汽化电切术后患者排尿功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱治疗仪对前列腺汽化电切术后患者排尿功能的影响。方法将我院收治的72例前列腺汽化电切术后的患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各36例,两组患者均常规给予健康教育和心理干预,试验组在此基础上采用膀胱治疗仪结合穴位治疗法治疗。观察两组患者的临床效果。结果试验组留置尿管时间为(5.15±0.51)d,最大尿流率为(14.54±9.03)m L/s,尿量值为(272.01±56.42)m L,排尿异常发生率为13.89%,均优于对照组的(6.32±1.74)d、(10.26±6.50)m L/s、(133.51±35.51)m L、33.33%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膀胱治疗仪结合穴位治疗对前列腺汽化电切术后患者排尿功能的改善效果满意。Objective To investigate the effect of bladder therapeutic apparatus(BTA)combined with acupoint treatment on urinary function after transurethral vaporization resection of prostate(TVP).Methods Seventy-two cases of patients after TVP were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).Both groups were routinely given health education and psychological intervention,on this basis,BTA combined with acupoint treatment was used in the experimental group to promote urination.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results In theexperimentalgroup,theindwellingcathetertimewas(5.15±0.51)d,them axim um urineflowratew as(14.54±9.03)mL/s,the urine volume was(272.01±56.42)mL,theincidencerateofurinationabnorm alitywas13.89%,whichweresignificantlybetterthan(6.32±1.74)d,(10.26±6.50)mL/s,(133.51±35.51)mL,33.33%inthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion The BTA combined with acupoint treatment had a significant curative effect on urinary function after TVP.
