甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮在异位妊娠中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮在异位妊娠中的应用效果。方法选取2015年5月至2017年5月本院妇产科收治的150例异位妊娠患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组患者给予甲氨蝶呤肌肉注射;观察组在对照组的基础上联合米非司酮口服治疗。比较分析治疗后两组患者的疗效、异位妊娠包块直径变化程度及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后包块直径小于治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论较单纯应用甲氨蝶呤,甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠总有效率更高,异位妊娠包块直径显著缩小,且不会增加临床不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in ectopic pregnancy.Methods From May 2015 to May 2017 in our hospital,150 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients were selected,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methotrexate intramuscular injection.The observation group was treated with oral mifepristone on the basis of the control group.The curative effects,changes of ectopic pregnancy diameter and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the mass diameter was less than that before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with simple application of methotrexate,mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy has more significant effect,the ectopic pregnancy mass diameter significantly reduced,and it will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
