经阴道超声诊断陈旧性宫外孕的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的回顾性分析经阴道超声诊断陈旧性宫外孕的临床价值。方法选取2015年9月20日至2016年9月20日我院收治的100例疑似陈旧性宫外孕患者为试验对象,分析其阴道超声检查结果。结果经阴道超声检查对输卵管妊娠的诊断正确率为98.75%,对腹腔妊娠的诊断正确率为80.00%,对卵巢妊娠的诊断正确率为80.00%,其与病理检查结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);从临床特征角度分析,67.78%的患者表现为彩色点状血流,8.89%的患者表现为环状/半环状血流,23.33%的患者表现为条状血流,33.33%的患者表现为超低阻力型频谱,PI值为(0.98±0.43),RI值为(0.54±0.13)。同时经阴道超声检查对宫外孕的漏诊率、灵敏度、特异度分别为3.33%、96.67%、100.00%。结论经阴道超声在陈旧性宫外孕患者中诊断正确率较高,值得进一步推广。Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis in obsolete ectopic pregnancy.Methods One hundred cases of patients with suspected obsolete ectopic pregnancy admitted in our hospital from September 20,2015 to September 20,2016 were selected as experimental objects,the results of transvaginal sonography examination were analyzed.Results The occuracy rate of transvaginal ultrasound examination in tubal pregnancy was 98.75%,it was 80.00%in the abdominal pregnancy,and 80.00%in the ovarian pregnancy.There was no significant difference between transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis and pathological examination results(P>0.05).From the clinical characteristics of the point of view,67.78%of patients showed color punctate blood flow,8.89%of patients showed ring-like,semi-circular blood flow,23.33%of patients showed strip-like blood flow,33.33%of patients showed ultra-low resistancespectrum,PIvaluewas(0.98±0.43),RIvaluewas(0.54±0.13).Theratesofmisdiagnosis,sensitivityandspecificity of transvaginal sonography in ectopic pregnancy were 3.33%,96.67%and 100.00%respectively.Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy rate of transvaginal ultrasound is higher in obsolete ectopic pregnancy,which is worthy of further promotion
