全面护理干预在新生儿窒息抢救中应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究全面护理干预在新生儿窒息抢救过程中的应用价值。方法选取2013年2月至2015年2月在我院出生且转入新生儿病房的70例新生儿窒息患儿,按简单随机方式分为2组,每组35例。其中观察组患儿给予全面护理干预,对照组患儿实施常规护理,比较两组患儿低氧血症、高碳酸血症和酸中毒临床指征改善情况;评定两组患儿复苏前及复苏后5 min的Apgar评分。结果两组患儿护理后临床指征都有所改善,且观察组低氧血症、高碳酸血症和酸中毒的情况稍优于对照组(P>0.05);两组患儿复苏前Apgar评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);复苏后5 min,两组Apgar评分都有稍改善,且观察组改善情况较为明显(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在新生儿窒息抢救中可以有效改善患儿的临床指征,辅助提高治疗并进行疾病控制,临床上值得推广。Objective To Analysis the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in neonatal asphyxia.Methods Seventy cases of children with neonatal asphyxia borned and transferred to the neonatal ward in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected as the objects,divided into two groups based on the simple random way,with 35 cases in each group.The children in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,the children in the control group were given routine nursing care.The improvement situation of the clinical indications of hypoxemia,hypercapnia and acidosis in the two groups were compared;the Apgar scores of the two groups before and 5 min after the recovery were evaluated.Results The clinical indications of hypoxemia,hypercapnia and acidosis after nursing in both groups improved,and those of the observation group were slightly better than the control group(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in Apgar score of the two groups before the recovery(P>0.05).Five minutes after recovery,the Apgar scores of both groups improved significantly,and the improvement of the observation group was more obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical indications of children with neonatal asphyxia,assist in improving treatment and disease control,and it is worthy of promoting in clinic.
