优质护理在白内障患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨眼科患者实施优质护理的临床疗效,分析其临床应用价值。方法选择2016年1月至2017年1月在我院就诊的84例眼科白内障疾病患者,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组患者实施优质护理。比较两组患者的护理效果、护理满意度及护理前、后的焦虑和抑郁评分。结果观察组患者的总有效率为92.86%,明显高于对照组患者的71.43%(P<0.05);对照组的护理满意度为66.67%,显著低于观察组的95.24%(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均显著改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对眼科患者实施优质护理可以提高治疗效果,缓解患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,有助于提高其护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of high quality nursing in patients of ophthalmology department and analyze its clinical application value.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,84 cases of cataract patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with high quality nursing intervention.The curative effects,nursing satisfaction,and the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups before and afternursing were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%,which was significantly higher than 71.43%of the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 66.67%,which was significantly lower than 95.24%of the observation group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of both groups significantly improved,and those of the observation group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The high quality nursing in the treatment of ophthalmic patients can improve the treatment effect,relieve anxiety and depression in patients,and improve the satisfaction of nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
