全员参与交叉质控模式对儿科一级护理质量控制的效果评价

摘　　要：目的观察全员参与的交叉质控模式对儿科一级护理质量的影响。方法 2016年3月至2016年9月本科采用常规的自查自纠的传统质量控制模式;2016年10月至2017年4月采用全员参与的交叉质控模式。比较交叉质量控制模式实施前、后各项护理质量得分。结果全员参与交叉质控模式实施后,护士礼仪与行为规范、住院患者护理质量、临床护理带教质量、优质护理服务评价及整体护理质量评分均较实施前改善,尤其是优质护理服务评价改善显著(P<0.05);病区管理与消毒隔离质量无明显改善(P>0.05)。结论全员参与的交叉质控模式可有效提升护理质量。Objective To observe the effect of full participation cross-quality control model in the quality control of first class nursing in pediatrics.Methods From March 2016 to September 2016,our department adopted the self-examination and self-correcting traditional quality control mode;from October 2016 to April 2017,the cross-quality control mode with full participation was adopted.The quality of care scores before and after the implementation of cross-quality control were compared.Results After full participation cross-quality control mode,nurses'etiquette and code of conduct,inpatient quality of care,teaching quality of clinical nursing,quality nursing service evaluation and overall nursing quality score improved compared with before implementation,especially the evaluation of high quality nursing service improved significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the improvement of ward management and disinfection isolation quality(P>0.05).Conclusion Full participation cross-quality control model can effectively improve the quality of nursing.
