摘　　要：生态文明建设水平在一定程度上反映了我国绿色发展的程度,只有煤矿区绿色发展才会对人类有利。如何衡量煤矿区的生态文明建设水平成为一个备受关注的问题。本文在已提出的生态文明概念和城市生态文明指标体系建设的研究基础上,对矿区生态文明的概念和特点进行阐述,运用频度分析法和理论分析法从生态经济、生态环境、生态社会、生态文化、生态制度5个方面构建一套能客观反映煤矿区生态文明建设水平的评价指标体系。Ecological civilization construction level reflects the degree of green development in China.On?ly the green development of coal mining area will be beneficial to mankind,therefore,it has become a concern on how to measure the level of ecological civilization construction.On the basis of the research on the concept of ecological civilization and the construction of the index system of urban ecological civilization,this paper ex?pounds the concept and characteristics of the ecological civilization of the mining area.Besides,by using the method of frequency analysis and theoretical analysis,this paper constructs a set of evaluation index system which can objectively reflect the level of ecological civilization construction in the coal mining area from the fol?lowing five aspects:ecological economy,ecological environment,ecological society,ecological culture and eco?logical system.
