机冷车轴承麻点原因分析与改进建议

摘　　要：麻点故障是滚动轴承常见的故障之一,其严重影响轴承的使用。基于此,本文通过分析机冷车滚动轴承麻点的基本情况,探讨轴承麻点原因,然后针对麻点缺陷提出改进措施,大大提高了轴承麻点缺陷的产生周期,降低了检修成本,提高了检修质量。On the rolling bearing fault is one of the common faults,which seriously affects the use of bearing.Based on this,this paper through the analysis of basic situation of rolling bearing pitting machine cold car,bearing on pitting reasons,and then put forward the improvement measures for the pock flaws was greatly improved,the periodic bearing pitting defects,reduce maintenance cost,improved the quality of maintenance.
