摘  要:目的系统评价福多司坦与氨溴索治疗呼吸道疾病的祛痰疗效。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、Pub Med数据库、EMbase、EBSCO、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数字化期刊全文数据库,纳入福多司坦对比氨溴索治疗呼吸系统疾病祛痰效果的随机对照试验(RCT),对纳入的RCT进行方法学质量评价和Meta分析。结果共纳入10项RCT,共计897例患者。福多司坦组在痰液性状[RR=1.04,95%CI(0.94,1.16),P=0.43>0.05]、咳痰容易度[RR=1.16,95%CI(0.96,1.39),P=0.12>0.05]、咳嗽频度[RR=1.18,95%CI(0.96,1.45),P=0.11>0.05]及临床综合有效率[RR=1.03,95%CI(0.87,1.23),P=0.72>0.05]方面优于氨溴索组,不良反应发生率[RR=0.70,95%CI(0.40,1.21),P=0.20>0.05]低于氨溴索组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论福多司坦可有效改善呼吸道感染患者的咳嗽、咳痰症状,其临床疗效确切,安全性好。Objective To systematically evaluate the expectorant effect of furadistein and ambroxol in the treatment of respiratory diseases.Methods The Cochrane Library,PubMed Database,EMbase,EBSCO,Chinese BioMedical Literature Database(CBM),China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals(VIP),and Wanfang Digitized Periodical Full-text Database were searched by computer.Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were included in the study of expectorant efficacy of famotidine VS ambroxol in the treatment of respiratory diseases,and Methodological quality evaluation and Meta analysis were made on RCT.Results A total of 10 RCT were included,with a total of 897 patients.Fudosteine group had better sputum characteristics[RR=1.04,95%CI(0.94,1.16),P=0.43>0.05]and sputum ease[RR=1.16,95%CI(0.96,1.39),P=0.12>0.05],cough frequency[RR=1.18,95%CI(0.96,1.45),P=0.11>0.05]and overall clinical effective rate[RR=1.03,95%CI(0.87,1.23),P=0.72>0.05]than ambroxol group,and lower incidence of adverse reactions[RR=0.70,95%CI(0.40,1.21),P=0.20>0.05]than ambroxol group.But the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Fudosteine shows affirmative clinical efficacy in patients with respiratory tract infections,and can effectively improve their cough and sputum symptom with high safety.
