Objective To discuss the effect of selecting a reasonable treatment plan according to multisegment spine fracture(MSF)types. Methods A total of 60 MSF patients were divided by different fracture types into unstable fracture group(group A)and stable fracture group(group B),with 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with short segment, long segment,and/or subsection fixation, and group B was treated with conservative treatment of bed rest.Comparison were made on treatment effect, and vertebral kyphosis angle, anterior vertebral column height before and after treatment between the two groups. Results After treatment, group A had total treatment effective rate as 93.33%,which was 90.00%in group B,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment, both groups had better vertebral kyphosis angle, anterior vertebral column height than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in vertebral kyphosis angle, anterior vertebral column height(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with multi-segment spinal fractures, selecting a reasonable treatment plan according to different fracture types can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of patients.
