摘  要:为保证工作面端面顶板的稳定控制与支架的稳定,结合某矿综采工作面破碎顶板条件下开采生产,采用理论分析与FAC3D数值模拟计算相结合,综合分析工作面端面顶板失稳规律。研究表明:支架支护阻力对端面顶板控制影响较大,随着支架工作阻力的增大,端面顶板稳定性增强,发生冒顶现象概率较小。当支架工作阻力达到额定工作阻力的80%以上时,支架工作阻力的增加对端面顶板的控制作用影响减弱;当支架支护阻力达到定工作阻力时,工作面顶板发生压剪破坏,破坏区域位于煤壁前方顶板。应合理控制支架前后工作阻力比值,比值为1~1.2时能够加强端面顶板与支架的稳定性。In order to ensure the stability control of face face roof and the stability of support,combined with the mining production under the condition of broken roof in a fully mechanized mining face of a certain mine,the theoretical analysis and FAC3D numerical simulation are combined.The study shows that the support support resistance has a great influence on the control of the end roof,and with the increase of the working resistance of the support,the stability of the end face roof increases,and the stability of the face roof increases with the increase of the working resistance of the support.When the working resistance of the support reaches more than 80%of the rated working resistance,the influence of the increase of the working resistance of the support on the control effect of the end face roof is weakened,and when the support support resistance reaches the fixed working resistance,the influence of the working resistance of the support on the control of the end face roof is weakened.When the force is applied,the roof of the working face is destroyed by compression shear,and the damage area is located in the roof in front of the coal wall.The ratio of working resistance before and after the support should be controlled reasonably,and the stability of the end roof and the support can be strengthened when the ratio is 1or 1.2.support and surrounding rock relation and working resistance.
