新疆阿克苏地区特色林果产业化发展的问题与思考

摘　　要：通过开展专题调研,分析阿克苏地区林果产业存在的问题:规模扩张快、技术普及慢、投入不到位等,导致产业基础薄弱;标准化程度低、精细分级水平低、残次果利用率低,质量管控落后;加之经济下行、外销能力弱、产业融合不够,农民持续增收难。提出了加大政策扶持、特色规模适度、商品化生产、优化供应链、拓展区域市场等对策,适应消费结构升级的建议。Through carrying out special investigations and studies,the problems in the forestry industry in Aksu were analyzed:the rapid expansion of scale,slow technology popularization,inadequate investment,etc.,and resulting in weak industrial base;low standardization,low level of fine grading,low utilization rate of residual fruit,Control and backwardness;coupled with the economic downturn,weak export capacity,industry integration is not enough,and making farmers difficultly increase income.It proposed to increase policy support,characteristics of moderate scale,commercial production,optimize the supply chain,to expand regional markets and other measures to adapt to the upgrading of consumption structure.
